we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, please return the asset in its original condition. Please note that any damage caused by the buyer will disqualify them from receiving a refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 calendar days from receiving it before 5 PM CDT. Our customer service team is available to help you with the return or exchange of the asset. Please get in touch with us, and we will manage the process efficiently.

Return Exception

At RepoZone, we strive to deliver professional service to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that vehicles that have been modified, altered from their original state, or are currently used as collateral for a loan cannot be returned. Additionally, damage resulting from an accident is not eligible for returns. We appreciate your business and are dedicated to providing a quality product selection.
