We kindly ask that successful purchases be settled through bank wire transfer to ensure the safety and security of all transactions. Please note that we are unable to accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, cashier’s checks, or any other forms of payment. Once you win a bid, you will receive a confirmation email containing comprehensive payment instructions, including the recipient’s name, bank account number, routing number, and wire reference number. It is strongly advised to diligently monitor your inbox and spam/junk/bulk folder for this important email to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process via bank wire transfer.

Whether your RV is operational or not, we can transport it effortlessly. We provide secure transportation for heavy equipment using standard or lowboy trailers, depending on the size and weight. Count on us to address all your transportation requirements with professionalism and a dedication to safety.
Budget-Friendly Delivery Services
At RepoZone, we offer professional and dependable vehicle delivery services to our esteemed customers. We take pride in providing complimentary delivery for distances of up to 500 miles. For longer distances, a nominal fee of $1 per mile applies, irrespective of the vehicle’s type or size. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, with a maximum timeframe of 14 days within the US and 22 days in Canada. Furthermore, your purchased vehicle is safeguarded by comprehensive insurance throughout the transportation process, with coverage ranging from $25,000 to $3,000,000, based on the vehicle’s type, year, make, and model. You can rest assured knowing that your new vehicle is in capable and experienced hands.

To promote customer satisfaction, all our repossessed vehicles come with a limited six-month warranty. Warranty Coverage

You can have peace of mind knowing that our limited warranty covers repairs for all components and parts of your vehicle, with only a few specific exceptions. We believe in complete transparency and want to clarify that our warranty does not encompass interior and exterior cosmetic flaws (which are clearly displayed on the asset’s gallery page), recommended maintenance, replaceable or wearable parts, and aftermarket accessories. However, rest assured that we have full confidence in the exceptional quality of our vehicles and are always available to address any questions or concerns about our warranty. Co-Pay & Restrictions
Please be aware that a co-payment of up to $50 per repair visit may be applicable, and this amount is subject to change based on your policy. Our Limited Warranty will expire upon the sale of your asset or when your vehicle reaches the time limit, whichever occurs first. Kindly note that this Limited Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party. It is important to understand that state law may offer additional warranties that may differ from our Limited Warranty. Additionally, please note that state law may impose different restrictions than those outlined in our Limited Warranty, and we will always adhere to state law in such situations.

14 – Day Refund/Reject Policy at RepoZone

We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and thus all purchases made from us are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the asset must be returned in its original condition, and any damage caused by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 calendar days from receiving it before 5 PM CDT. Our customer service team is available to help you with the return or exchange of the asset. Please get in touch with us, and we will manage the process efficiently.

If you are not satisfied with your asset, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it, until 5 PM CDT, and we’ll handle the return or exchange process smoothly and hassle-free through our highly trained customer service team. We want you to be confident in our return or exchange process, so please call us for assistance.
Exception to Returns
At RepoZone, we strive to deliver professional service to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that vehicles that have been modified, altered from their original state, or are currently used as collateral for a loan cannot be returned. Additionally, damage resulting from an accident is not eligible for returns. We appreciate your business and are dedicated to providing a quality product selection.
Refund Process
We acknowledge the significance of refunds in the purchasing process. At RepoZone, we guarantee swift processing of refunds once the returned items are received. Please be aware that it may take 1-3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies and procedures.
